The project lead is Modern Education Foundation (BG), who are among the forerunners in reshaping the VET system in Bulgaria. 

For the last couple of years, Petya, Nikolai, Boriana and Lachezar are putting consistent efforts in sustaining the implementation of dual track education in their country.

Their focus is on further briding the world of employment and education.
